• Macel Marlow, 55, 2959 Unaka Ave., Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday by Carter County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Roger Brown on a warrant charging him with forgery, theft under $500 and criminal impersonation.
• Jamie Nunley, 29, 1512 Kentucky Ave., Bristol, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Roger Brown and charged with being a fugitive from justice out of the state of Virginia.
• Steven Walker, 27, 168 Reeser Road, Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Marina Tipton, 23, 1253 Bluefield Ave,.Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Jenna Markland on an Attachment for Contempt out of Juvenile Court and a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Patience Walsh, 23, 133 Barnett Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested by officers of the CCSO and charged with driving on a suspended or revoked license and introduction of contraband into a penal facility. Officers also served Walsh with a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Andrew Wetzel, 65, 116 E. Holston Ave., Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Paul Pritchard and charged with driving under the influence and simple possession of Schedule VI drugs.
•Rebecca Vest, 33, 2287 Dave Buck Road, Johnson City, was issued a criminal summons on Tuesday by EPD Officer Paul Pritchard charging her with shoplifting.
• Kathy Slagle, 32, 340 Lovers Lane, Lot 20, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Tuesday by EPD Officer Paul Pritchard charging her with shoplifting.
