• Daniel Barclay, 70, 683 Gap Creek Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Robert Hughes on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• James Lannoye, 34, 123 Crumley Lane, Roan Mountain, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Robie Huskins on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Melissa Ollis, 27, 109 Hartsell St., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Robbie Huskins on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Christopher Gross, 39, 401 N. East St., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by Elizabethton Police Department Sgt. Patrick White and charged with domestic assault, public intoxication, resisting arrest and theft.
