Charlotte Isaacs

Charlotte Isaacs, 70, of Dryden, Va., passed away Friday, April 1, 2016, at Holston Valley Hospital, Kingsport. She was a native of Scott County, Va.
Charlotte was a 1964 graduate of Elizabethton High School. She served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam Era. She was a member of First Christian Church of Elizabethton.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Wayne and Richard Isaacs.
Survivors include three sisters, Faye Isaacs Holmes, Barbara Perry and Dorothy Isaacs; two brothers, Buford and David Isaacs; and a niece, Tracy Stroupe and her two children, Amber and Aaron Stroupe.
Graveside services for Charlotte Isaacs will be conducted at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday, April 6, in the Mountain Home National Cemetery with Mr. John H. Smith officiating. Interment will follow the service. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. Military Honors will be provided by the Carter County Honor Guard. Friends may register their presence Tuesday or Wednesday morning. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home at 10 a.m. Wednesday to go to the cemetery.
