Kay Frances Sullivan, 77, of Elizabethton, Tenn., passed away Thursday, March 24, 2016, in Charlottesville, Va.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 26, at Monticello Memory Gardens.
A celebration of Kay’s life will be held at a later date in Elizabethton.
