• Charles Dugger, 26, 501 Riley Hollow Road, Bluff City, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Robbie Huskins on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Odell Cable, 64, 105 Stillwater, Circle, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Joshua Hopkins and charged with driving under the influence.
• Anthony Poulter, 24, 202 Weaver Hill Road, Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy David Tranbarger and charged with domestic assault.
• Stephanie Bowman, 24, 306 E. Cottage Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Harold Smith, 47, 1608 Persinger Drive, Watauga, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Robert Hughes on a Juvenile Court Attachment.
• Stephanie Davis, 37, 1271 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy David Tranbarger on a Juvenile Court Attachment charging her with failure to appear.
• Justin McClemons, 26, 112 Hickory Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Sgt. David Caldwell and charged with arson and disorderly conduct.
• Michael Wiseman, 43, 232 Long Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Jason Mosier on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Tiffany Reed, 24, 105 Heather Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Jason Mosier on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Crystal Hines-Frady, 32, 122 Happy Valley Road, Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday by Elizabethton Police Department Office Matthew Taylor and charged with public intoxication.
• Arianne Rhinehart, 36, 711 N. Pine St., Elizabethton, was arrested EPD Cpl. Douglas Combs and charged with driving on a revoked license and making an improper turn. Officers also served her wiht a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
