• Amos Dugger, 35, 167 Heritage Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by officers of the Carter County Sheriff’s Office and charged with possession of Schedule III drugs for resale, possession of drug paraphernalia and third offense driving on revoked license.
• Scott Russell, 43, 391 Copley Branch Road, Butler, was arrested Friday by officers of the CCSO and charged with possession of Schedule II drugs for resale, possession of Schedule III drugs for resale and possession of drug paraphernalia. Officers also served Russell with an outstanding warrant charging him with failure to report to serve jail sentence.
• Robert Willis, 25, 1236 Charity Hill, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Jason Blankenship on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Jessica King, 35, 520 Main St., Hampton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Jason Blankenship on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Tracy Jones, 47, 460 Cedar Grove Road, Johnson City, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy William Vinson on an attachment out of Juvenile Court.
• Joseph Revelee, 33, 204 Ed Green Road, Hampton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Robbie Huskins on a warrant charging him with failure to report to serve jail time.
• Curtis Dugger Sr., 55, 363 Piney Grove Road, Hampton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Paul Morrell and charged with domestic assault.
• Cody Hughes, 21, 200 Fagan Road, Johnson City, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Roger Brown on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Matthew Chandler, 20, 114 Vanover Road, Johnson City, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Roger Brown on warrants charging him with violation of probation and failure to appear.
• Benjamin Matherly, 35, 115 Jackson Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Tylor Johnson and charged with aggravated assault.
• Jecory Williams, 32, 1403 W. College St., Jonesborough, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Sgt. Issac Rhea on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• William Carden, 50, 1352 Elizabethton Highway, Bluff City, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Joshua Hopkins and charged with driving under the influence, violation of implied consent and possession of Schedule II drugs.
• Kevin Stover, 29, 1271 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by officers of the Elizabethton Police Department and charged with two counts of possession of Schedule IV drugs for resale, simple possession of Schedule IV drugs, possession of Schedule III drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Whittney Kite, 30, 925 W. G St., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by EPD Officer Matthew Taylor and charged with driving under the influence.
