• Heather Hicks, 30, 123 Rosenbaum Private Drive, Apt. 3, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Jared Cook on a warrant charging her with failure to report to serve jail time.
• Elizabeth Pleasant, 26, 1532 Southside Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Roger Brown on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Leah Deloach, 31 ,112 Hidden Oaks, Johnson City, was arrested by CCSO Deputy Mark McClain on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Clint Barrett, 28, 168 Wilbur Dam Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Mark McClain and charged with third offense driving on a revoked license, violation of financial responsibility and failure to display registration plates.
• Markeith Mitchell, 23, no address available, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Christopher Reichenbach and charged with violation of an order of protection.
• Harley Breeden, 21, 103 Ed Stout Road, Hampton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Johnathan Simerly on two warrants charging him with failure to appear.
• Thomas Tolley, 40, 2483 Siam Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy David Tranbarger and charged with second offense driving under the influence, driving on a revoked license and filing a false report.
• Thomas Fox, 53, 167 Dan Cole Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Christopher Reichenbach on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Breaonna Greenwell, 21, 142 Madison St., Erwin, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy David Tranbarger on an indictment charging her with aggravated child abuse and neglect.
• Joey Lohse, 21, 405 Whitney St., Johnson City, was arrested Saturday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. Doug Combs and charged with fourth offense driving on a suspended license, violation of financial responsibility and a seatbelt violation.
• Spencer Forney, 23, 812 Montgomery St., Johnson City, was arrested Saturday by EPD Cpl. Doug Combs on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Tracy Roberts, 45, 508 S. Watauga Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by EPD Officer Paul Pritchard and charged with driving under the influence, driving on a revoked license, simple possession/casual exchange of Schedule VI drugs and violation of the implied consent law.
• Richard Minton, 22, 809 E. A St., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Saturday by EPD Sgt. Curtis Bullock charging him with driving on a suspended license and violation of financial responsibility.
