• Latosha Ashby, 25, 3433 McKinnley Road, Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Tylor Johnson on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Bree-Anne Gibbons, 18, 1241 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Joe Holsclaw and charged with domestic assault.
• David Fulwiler, 20, 1241 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by EPD Officer Joe Holsclaw and charged with domestic assault.
