• Joey Clipse, 36, no address available, was arrested Thursday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Preston Slagle and charged with aggravated assault and resisting arrest. Officers also served Clipse with two warrants charging him with failure to appear.
• Thomas Fox, 53, 167 Dan Cole Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy April Grindstaff and charged with resisting arrest. Officers also served Fox with a criminal summons charging him with theft.
• Michael Bartlett, 22, 118 Patrick Henry Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Eric Clifton on warrants charging him with auto burglary, theft under $500 and six counts of fraudulent use of a credit/debit card.
• Alexis Bilek, 24, 508 S. Roan St., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Thursday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. Doug Combs charging her with driving on a suspended license, a child restraint violation, failure to exercise due care and violation of financial responsibility.
• Casey Frost, 25, 100 Natalie Lane, Erwin, was issued a criminal summons on Thursday by EPD Cpl. Doug Combs charging her with driving on an expired license.
