• Christina Biddix, 44, 104 Brookdale Drive, Apt. A, Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Corban Lipscomb on a warrant charging her with aggravated statutory rape.
• Christopher Anderson, 29, 412 Willow Springs Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Elbert Stevenson on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• George Harrison, 21, 420 W. E St., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Robert Hughes on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• John Powell, 20, 149 John Alfred Loop, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Jason Mosier on an indictment charging him with aggravated burglary, theft of property over $1,000 and vandalism over $1,000.
