• Brandi Michelle Payne, 38, 705 Poplar St., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Chelsea Payne on warrants charging her with attempted theft over $60,000; theft of property over $1,000; and three counts of theft of property under $500.
• Joseph Revelee, 33, 330 Race St., Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by officers of the Carter County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant charging him with failure to appear. Officers additionally charged Revelee with criminal impersonation.
• Christopher Haynes, age and address not released, was arrested Friday by CCSO Sgt. David Caldwell and charged with assault and disorderly conduct.
• James Smith, 36, 2006 Ridgefield Road, Johnson City, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Elbert Stevenson and charged with second offense driving under the influence.
• Natasha Price, 27, 608 Locust St., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Saturday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Robert Bradshaw charging her with driving on a suspended license, violation of financial responsibility and improper lane change.
