• Jacob Buckles, 27, 1005 Fairview St., Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Issac Rhea and charged with second degree murder.
• Roger Morrison, 28, 136 Jack Bradley Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Sgt. Issac Rhea and charged with being an accessory after the fact to second degree murder.
• Gunner Presnell, 21, 132 Sewanee Road, Johnson City, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Roger Brown on outstanding warrants charging him with theft of property over $1,000, theft of property over $500, aggravated criminal trespassing and filing a false report.
• Kaycie Hunter, 22, 173 Jade Drive, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Friday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. James Sexton charging her with driving on a suspended license, violation of financial responsibility and driving on an expired registration.
