Rev. Aaron Morgan

Rev. Aaron Morgan, 64, went home to Jesus on Saturday, December 12, 2015, from his home in Johnson City. He was a son of the late John Alvis and Leo Dobbs Morgan.
Rev. Morgan pastored New Vision Church of God for several years and was a member of Jonesborough Church of God. He was passionate about winning people to Jesus, especially youth. Rev. Morgan was also the owner and operator of A&E Frame & Body Shop in Johnson City and enjoyed boating and sports cars.
Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife, Leanna Morgan, of the home; a brother, Gary Morgan and his wife Johni and two nieces, McKenna and Story Morgan, all of Nashville, Tenn.; a cousin, Del Dobbs and his wife Dana of Memphis, Tenn.; special friends, Neil Friedman and his wife Robin of Piney Flats, Tenn.; and his beloved bulldog, Elvis.
The family requests your presence to share memories on Wednesday, December 16, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Johnson City Church of God. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 7 p.m. at the church with Rev. Michael Lusk and Kenny Bomar officiating. Music will be under the direction of Jarrod Pugh. A graveside service will be held at 9 a.m. Thursday, December 17, at Patton-Simmons Cemetery, Johnson City. Attendees are asked to gather at the church by 8:30 a.m. to follow in procession. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be given in memory of Rev.
