• Holly Scalf, 45, 305 Judge Ben Allen Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSD Deputy Amanda Little on an Attachment for Contempt out of Circuit Court.
•Ashley Williams, 30, 518 E. E st., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by Elizabethton Police Department Sgt. Lincoln Orellana and charged with public intoxication.
• Richard Patrick , 56, 124 Milligan View Road, Johnson City, was arrested Monday by EPD Officer Justin Pearce and charged with public intoxication.
• Rod Milhomme, 41, 1275 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by EPD Cpl. Kirk Carrier on a warrant charging him with the sale of Schedule VI drugs.
