• Douglas Shaver, 26, 2713 Siam Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by EPD Officer Paul Pritchard on a warrant charging him with contempt of court.
Jennifer Waters, 28, 1615 Highway 91, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by EPD Sgt. Lincoln Orellana on a warrant charging her with contempt of court.
• Andrew Colbaugh, 25, 107 W. H St., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Friday by EPD Cpl. James Desse charging him with shoplifting.
• Tanya Calvert, 30, 921 Johnson Ave., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Friday by EPD Cpl. James Deese charging her with shoplifting.
