• Christopher Barnett, 24, 180 Lonesome Dove Lane, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Monday by EPD Cpl. Ryan Brackett charging him with driving on a revoked license and a fifth offense seat belt violation.
• Charles Young, 54, 320 Lewis Cole Loop, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Monday by EPD Cpl. Doug Combs charging him with driving on a revoked license and failure to exercise due care.
• Jacqueline Oliver, 36, 1532 Southside Road, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Monday by EPD Cpl. James Deese charging her with driving without a license.
