Police beats for 09/08/2015

- Thomas Hartley, 38, 357 Slagles Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by Carter County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Johnathan Simerly and charged with driving under the influence.
- Cletis Holtsclaw, 50, 103 Gracie Drive, Hampton, was arrested Monday by CCSD Sgt. Issac Rhea on a warrant charging him with driving on a revoked license and evading arrest.
- Mickie Cordell, 36, 333 Burbank Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Friday by CCSD Sgt. Larry Vaughn on an Attachment for Contempt out of Juvenile Court.
- Rachel Bridge, 21, 373 McKeehan Ridge Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSD Lt. Harmon Duncan and charged with burglary and theft over $1,000. Officers also served Bridge with a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
- Roger Marciszewski, 31, 400 S. Lane Court, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSD Lt. Harmon Duncan and charged with burglary and theft over $1,000.
- Jeromey Drake Sandlin, 29, 102 Suncrest Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by Constable Mark Carrier on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
- Robert Webster, 28, 809 S. Second St., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by officers of the Elizabethton Police Department on a warrant charging him with failure to appear. Officers also charged Webster with evading arrest.\
- Lagenia Wood, 49, 348 Jenkins Loop, Taylorsville, N.C., was arrested Sunday by EPD Sgt. Curtis Bullock and charged with driving under the influence.
- Bryan Miller, 43, 727 Dutch Creek Road, Banner Elk, N.C., was arrested Sunday by officers of the EPD and charged with public intoxication.
- Glen Payne, 37, 705 Poplar St., Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by EPD Officer James Holland and charged with driving under the influence.
- James Marx, 44, 1322 Virginia St., Johnson City, was issued a criminal summons on Monday by EPD Cpl. Jordan Ensor charging him with reckless driving and not having a motorcycle license.
- Katie Yeager, 24, 1267 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Saturday by EPD Sgt. Curtis Bullock charging her with shoplifting.
- Andrew Gocial, 30, 1267 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Saturday by EPD Sgt. Curtis Bullock charging him with shoplifting.
- Nicholas Richardson, 21, 1009 Dejarnette St., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Friday by EPD Cpl. Kirk Carrier charging him with simple possession of Schedule III drugs, simple possession of Schedule VI drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Alexis Bilek, 24, 508 S. Roan St., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Friday by EPD Cpl. Douglas Combs charging her with driving on a suspended license, violation of financial responsibility and failure to exercise due care.
