• George Harrison, 21, 420 W. E. St., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSD Deputy Jeffery Thurman on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Freddie Nelson, 34, 501 Summitt Ave., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Thursday by EPD Officer Justin Pearce charging him with shoplifting and criminal trespass.
