• William Shell, 63, 105 Lynnwood Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSD Lt. Penny Garland on a warrant charging him with two counts of forgery.
• Rebecca Bennett, 35, 117 Oscar Banks Road, No. 1, Johnson City, was arrested Monday by CCSD Lt. Penny Garland on an indictment charging her with aggravated child abuse/neglect.
• Wilson Johnson, 61, 102 Bertie Lane, Lot 10, was arrested Tuesday morning by CCSD Sgt. Issac Rhea and charged with domestic assault.
• Loretta Scalf, 47, 344 Coal Chute Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Scott Whitmire on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
