• Amy Radford, 38, 614 S. Watauga Ave,. Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by Carter County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Amanda Little on a warrant charging her with introduction of contraband into a penal facility.
• Robbie Lyons, 34, 135 Jerome Stevens Road, Hampton, was arrested Friday by CCDS Deputy Jeffery Thurman on a warrant charging him with failure to appear and two warrants charging him with violation of probation.
• Shane Hayward, 26, 240 Old Railroad Grade Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Friday by CCSD Deputy Michael Malone on an Attachment out of Juvenile Court.
• Charles Odom, 54, 301 Daytona Place, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by CCSD Deputy David Munsey and charged with aggravated assault.
• Patrick Garland, 27, 131 O’Henry Drive, Butler, was arrested Sunday by CCSD Deputy Preston Slagle and charged with domestic assault.
Nicholas Loveless, 33, 3341 Gap Creek Road, was arrested Monday by CCSD Deputy Salvatore Caccamo on a warrant charging him with domestic assault.
• Eddie Bishop, 44, 114 Pearl Bowers Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSD Deputy Elbert Stevenson on a warrant charging him with violation of probation and an Attachment for Contempt.
• Andrew Jonathan Baumgardner, 22, 307 Bishop Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by Constable Mark Carrier on warrants charging him with evading arrest, second offense driving on a suspended/revoked license and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Brandon Kyler Osborne, 29, 511 Fire Tower Road, Mountain City, was arrested Thursday by Constable Mark Carrier on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Lonnie Oliver, 36, 537 Jena Beth Drive, Apt. 2, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer James Sexton on a warrant charging him with failure to appear. He was also charged with manufacturing Schedule VI drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Simon Hughes, 32, 106 Basin Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by EPD Cpl. Jordan Ensor and charged with reckless driving and two counts of reckless endangerment. He was also served with an outstanding warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Kathy Evans, 44, 304 S. Lynn Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by EPD Capt. Anthony Buck on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Chelsey Ferguson, 24, 132 Hankle Road, Gray, was arrested Sunday by EPD Capt. Anthony Buck on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Jennifer Oliver, 33, 1256 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by EPD Cpl. Jordan Ensor on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Curtis Newman, 40, 236 W. Cottage Ave., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Sunday by EPD Officer Paul Pritchard charging him with theft of services.
• James Siebenthal, 21, 1218 Gap Creek Road, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Sunday by Cpl. Ryan Brackett charging him with driving on a revoked license and speeding.
• Kathryn Carter, 32, 276 Hart Road, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Friday by EPD Officer James Sexton charging him with shopliting.
• Jessica Bright, 29, 800 Swadley Road, Johnson City, was issued a criminal summons on Friday by EPD Officer Robert Bradshaw charging her with driving without a license.
