• Carter County Schools will be closed on Thursday, Feb. 19.

• Elizabethton City Schools will be closed on Thursday, Feb. 19.

• Milligan College will be closed.

• East Tennessee State University will be closed.

• Emmanuel Christian Seminary will be closed.

• Northeast State Community College will be closed.

• Tennessee Center for Applied Technology (TCAT) at Elizabethton will be closed.

• Hunter First Daycare will operate on a 2 HOUR delay.

• Carter County Board of Education’s regularly monthly meeting which was scheduled for Feb. 19 has been cancelled due to inclement weather. The meeting has been rescheduled for Thursday, Feb. 26 at 5:30 p.m. and will be held at Unaka Elementary School.

• The Elizabethton Board of Education budget workshop and regular monthly meeting scheduled for Feb. 19 has been rescheduled for Monday, Feb. 23. The budget workshop will begin at 5:30 p.m. and the regular meeting at 6:30 p.m. in the system’s central office on Watauga Avenue.

• The Carter County Courthouse and all County Offices will be closed on Thursday, Feb. 19. The offices will reopen on a regular schedule Friday, weather permitting.

• The Carter County Health Department will be closed on Thursday, Feb. 19. The offices will reopen on a regular schedule Friday, weather permitting.

• Carter County Criminal Court is cancelled for Thursday, Feb. 19.

• Carter County Juvenile Court is cancelled for Thursday, Feb. 19. All cases have been reset for March 5.

• Crossroads Probation office will be closed on Thursday, Feb. 19.

• The University of Tennessee Agriculture Extension Office in Elizabethton will be closed on Thursday, Feb. 19 and will reopen on a regular schedule Friday, weather permitting.

• The TLC Community Center will be closed on Thursday. All clients are welcome to come in for Mommy Mart anytime between 10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Tuesday or by appointment Monday.

• Adult Day Services is closed.

• Dawn of Hope is closed.
