Elizabethton High School’s star running back Ethan Thomas has decided to continue his football career in the bluegrass state , committing to Eastern Kentucky University.

“Eastern Kentucky met my academic needs perfectly and will provide a lot of opportunities athletically,” Thomas said.

Signing day with be on Feb. 4 at 4:30 inside of  Jiggy Ray’s Pizzeria  in downtown Elizabethton.
