Earl Fred Taylor

Earl Fred Taylor, 52, of Elizabethton, passed away on Thursday, December 25, 2014, at his residence.
Mr. Taylor was a native of Carter County and a son of the late Fred and Juanita Duffield Taylor. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Taylor Odom.
Mr. Taylor was employed as a fork lift operator for HSN and enjoyed his family and friends.
Survivors include a son, Jacob T. Werigo of Utah; two sisters, Freida Wilson, Johnson City, and Regina Goins and husband Paul, Bristol, Va.; three brothers, James Taylor and wife Dora, Layton, Utah, John Taylor and wife Theressa, Bristol, Tenn., and Sidney Taylor, Roy, Utah. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Also, his special friends, Jamie Norwood, Elizabethton, Timmy Taylor, Greensboro, N.C., Steve Shepard and Benny Taylor, Elizabethton.
A memorial service to honor the life of Earl Fred Taylor will be conducted at 6 p.m. Wednesday, December 31, in the Chapel of Peace of Tetrick Funeral Home, Elizabethton, with Rev. Jeanetta Clark officiating. The family will receive friends in the funeral home chapel from 5 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, prior to the service.
