MOSHEIM—The comeback kids from Unaka fell just a little short this time around, but by the same token won respect from everyone in the Watauga Valley Conference.

For the second straight game in the Greene County Thanksgiving Classic, the Unaka Lady Rangers found themselves trailing by a huge deficit in the first half only to come back. This time they lost in a tough overtime battle, dropping a 47-43 semifinal decision to defending state tournament team North Greene at West Greene High School.
