• Jeremy Lacy, 34, 134 Rosewood Circle, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSD Captain Michael Little and charged with leaving the scene of an accident and driving while revoked or suspended.
• Dustin Austin, 27, 3229 Hall Circle, Kingsport was arrested Monday by CCSD Deputy Paul Morrell on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Skye Nochole Kennedy, 19, 1112 S. Detroit Ave., Portland, Ind., was arrested Friday by Elizabethton Police Department Investigator Robert Bradshaw on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Matthew David Miller, 27, 248 Luke McKamey Road, Piney Flats, was arrested Saturday by EPD Patrolman James Deese and charged with shoplifting – theft of property over $500.
• Joshua Marlow, 23, 132 Spring Drive, Johnson City, was issued a criminal summons Saturday by EPD Investigator Robert Bradshaw charging him with violation of the light law and failure to comply with the financial responsibility law.
• Jerry Ray Oaks, 32, 607 Summitt Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by EPD Patrol Officer Jon Frazier and charged with criminal impersonation, failure to appear and an attachment pro corpus out of Carter County Juvenile Court.
• Paul Johnson, 48, 235 Lark Meadow Circle, Bluff City, was issued a criminal summons Sunday by EPD Patrol Officer Justin Pearce charging him with shoplifting.
