Longhorns quell Warriors in fourth quarter

MOUNTAIN CITY — The frustration continued for Happy Valley’s football team.

Jordan Grubb and Warren Kerley carried the Longhorns to a Three Rivers Conference victory on Friday night.

Grubb rushed for three touchdowns, while Kerley was near perfect in the air down the stretch, as Johnson County rallied for a 34-14 homecoming victory at McEwen Stadium. The affair was knotted at 14-apiece through three quarters.
