Kimberly Dawn Eastridge Coontz

Kimberly Dawn Eastridge Coontz, 39, of Bluff City, went home to be with her Lord, Sunday, August 31, 2014, at Bristol Regional Medical Center.
She was a native of Ashe County, N.C., and had lived in Tennessee all of her life.
Kim was a graduate of Elizabethton High School and was associated with her husband in the operation of G & W Construction. She was a member of Hunter Memorial Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Gary Wayne Coontz; a son, Peyton Wayne Coontz, of the home; her parents, Robert and Kathy Eastridge Stout, Elizabethton; a brother, Duane Stout and his wife Marda, Piney Flats; one nephew, Devin Stout; one great-niece; one great-nephew; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Wayne and Holly Coontz, Elizabethton; her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, William and Olivia Coontz and Danielle and Dustin Ledbetter and Snoop; two nieces, Alexia Ledbetter and Adelyn Ledbetter; and two nephews, Ethan Coontz and Caden Coontz.
Services to celebrate the life of Kimberly Coontz will be conducted at 7 p.m. Thursday, September 4, at Memorial Funeral Chapel with her husband Gary and Rev. Doug Hartley officiating. The graveside service and interment will be at 3 p.m. Friday, September 5, at Happy Valley Memorial Park. Active pallbearers, who are requested to assemble at the funeral home at 2:20 p.m. Friday, will be Peyton Coontz, Duane Stout, Snoop, William Coontz, Dustin Ledbetter, Danny Harold, Neal Hartley and Chris Payne. Honorary pallbearers will be Daniel Tribuzio, Chris Gross, Ronnie Holsclaw, Ricky Garrison, Bill Marley, Eddie Mobley, Devin Stout, Ronnie Gross, Mike Marley, Charlie Estep and her several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, prior to the service. Friends may also visit with the family at her residence.
