• Robert James Moffitt, 38, 716 Sugar Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by Carter County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Amanda Little on a warrant charging him with contempt. He was also arrested earlier Friday by CCSD Deputy Myles Cook and charged with possession of Schedule VI drugs, possession of Schedule II drugs for resale, possession of drug paraphernalia, initiation of a process intended to result in the manufacture of methamphetamine and promotion of methamphetamine manufacture.
• Raymond Y. Rutter, 57, 116 Locust Road, Bristol, was arrested Friday by CCSD Deputy Amanda Little on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Allen White, 22, 400 E. K St., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSD Deputy Amanda Little on an active capias.
• Katie Marie Mason, 25, 169 Village Square Lane, Mountain City, was arrested Saturday by CCSD Sgt. Brian Durham on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Anthony Lacy, 18, 162 Townson Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Sunday by CCSD Deputy Christopher Reichenbach on warrants charging him with aggravated assault and vandalism.
• Daniel Allmon, 27, 226 Swimming Pool Road, Hampton, was arrested Sunday by CCSD Deputy Christopher Reichenbach and charged with driving on a revoked license and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Ralph Joseph Collins, 42, 3518 Steam Plant Road, Watauga, was arrested Saturday by Tennessee Constable Mark Carrier on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Justin Shane Seatz, 26, 2332 Dry Hill Road, Butler, was arrested Friday by Tennessee Constable Mark Carrier on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• James Ray Smithey, 39, 200 Northeast St., Apt 308, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by Tennessee Constable Mark Carrier on warrants charging him with two counts of violation of probation and one count of failure to appear.
• Eric Paul Swain, 28, 4977 Highway 19E, Hampton, was arrested Sunday by Tennessee Constable Mark Carrier on a warrant charging him with violation of probation and failure to appear.
• Joshua Raymond Woods, 21, 790 Grapevine Road, Sandson, Va., was arrested Saturday by Tennessee Constable Mark Carrier on warrants charging him with five counts of promotion of methamphetamine and one count of promotion of methamphetamine manufacture.
• Jason Thomas Danner, 35, 629 First Ave., Hampton, was arrested Monday by Tennessee Constable Mark Carrier on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Jenica Leigh Jones, 34, 2236 Hillrise Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Ryan Brackett and charged with public intoxication.
• Hubert Shepherd, 42, 2236 Hillrise Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by EPD Officer Matt Croy and charged with public intoxication.
• Michael Fouts, 59, 210 Short Coal Chute Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by EPD Capt. Anthony Buck and charged with leaving the scene of the accident, driving under the influence, simple possession/casual exchange and possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia.
• Jonathan C. Cross, 31, 107 Tamassee Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Saturday by EPD Cpl. Sarah Ellison and charged with driving under the influence.
• Stacy T. Leonard, 46, 477 Waddell St., Mountain City, was arrested Saturday by EPD Officer James Sexton and charged with shoplifting, evading arrest, resisting arrest, possession of Schedule II drugs, possession of Schedule III drugs and criminal trespassing. He was also served with a warrant charging him with theft under $500 and failure to appear.
• Michael Whisenhunt Jr., 39, 848 Blue Springs Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by EPD Officer John Bulla and charged with promotion of methamphetamine and stop sign violation.
• Ashley Williams, 29, 2009 S. Second St., Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by EPD Officer Matt Croy and charged with domestic assault.
• Jeffrey Lethcoe, 52, 353 Reynolds Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by EPD Officer Kenneth Lowe and charged with criminal trespass and public intoxication.
• Eve Hamm, 39, 123 Reeser Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by EPD Capt. Anthony Buck on contempt attachment.
• Ronald Jay Collins, 38, 130 Wichita St., Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday by Constable Mark Carrier on a warrant charging him with first offense driving under the influence and sixth offense driving on a revoked license.
• Jamie Turbyfield, 40, 170 Dark Hollow Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Tuesday by CCSD Deputy Jason Mosier on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Kevin Shell, 38, 332 Substation Road, Elk Park, N.C., was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Deputy David Caldwell and charged with driving on a revoked license and criminal impersonation.
• Dylan Bowers, 22, Mill Pond Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Sgt. Brian Durham and charged with domestic assault and domestic vandalism.
• Thomas Branscom, 34, 318 Greenway Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Deputy Christopher Reichenbach and charged with aggravated attempted burglary, public intoxication, resisting stop/frisk and vandalism.
• Robert Smith, 50, 109 Smith Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Deputy Brian Smithpeters on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
