• Daniel Lee Hyder, 25, 409 East Cottage Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Joe Holsclaw and charged with theft/possession of stolen property and public intoxication.
• Steven Daniel McQueen, 22, 210 Apple Tree Lane, was arrested Thursday by EPD Officer Ryan Brackett on a warrant charging him with solicitation of a minor and providing obscene material to minors. He was also served with an outstanding warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Kathleen Woody, 53, 149 Pond Hill Road, Jonesborough, was arrested Thursday by Carter County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Jason Mosier and charged with driving under the influence.
• Isaiah Shepherd, 29, Brice Lane, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Lt. Michael Bean and charged with domestic assault.
• Branda Harrison, 49, 112 Mountain View Circle, Johnson City, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Lt. Penny Garland on warrants charging her with evading arrest, possession of a legend drug, driving on a revoked license and child neglect. She was also served with a capias charging her with failure to appear.
• Robyn Willis, 33, 274 Bulldog Hollow, was arrested Thursday by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson on a warrant charging her with violation of probation and a capias charging her with failure to appear.
• Anthony Combs, 32, Bluefield Avenue, was arrested Thursday by EPD Officer Kenneth Lowe and charged with domestic assault and vandalism under domestic violence.
• Angel Richardson, 22, 148 Dugger Branch Road, was issued a criminal summons on Thursday by EPD Officer James Sexton charging her with shoplifting.
• Melissa Jaime, 22, 2476 Highway 91, was issued a criminal summons on Thursday by EPD Officer James Sexton charging her with shoplifting.
• Sherry McKinney, 36, 422 Wilbur Dam Road, was issued a criminal summons on Thursday by EPD Cpl. Doug Combs charging her with driving on a suspended license, violation of financial responsibility and violation of the light law.
• Leigh Wiggins, 28, 929 Pine Ridge Circle, was issued a criminal summons by EPD Cpl. Doug Combs charging her with driving on a revoked license and violation of seat belt law.
