The Hampton Bulldogs are waiting at the doghouse to take on the Oneida High School Indians this Friday night.
And with one crucial ’Dog at the vet, other players will be stepping up to fill in the void.
During last Friday’s game against the Unicoi County Blue Devils, sophomore running back Adam McClain broke his collarbone and will not be able to compete against Oneida.
Looking to split the load left by McClain will be running backs senior Jacob Smith and sophomore Chris Holtsclaw.
