According to Milligan’s men’s head soccer coach Adam Laney, this year’s squad is facing some “growing pains.”
“We have to learn a lot of things about ourselves,” Laney said. “We are coming off a rough year last year. However, we are very confident we are going to do better this year. We really have not lost any players, besides the seniors who graduated.”
Last year, the Buffaloes went 3-6 in the Appalachian Athletic Conference and 3-14 overall. However, with a group of returnees and some promising newcomers, Laney said he believes this year team is bound to better.
