• Dustin Whitehead, 24, 117 Bear Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by Carter County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Amanda Little on a warrant from Carter County General Sessions Court.
• Jason David Fenner, 39, 300 E. H St., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSD Deputy Jason Mosier on a warrant charging him with being a fugitive from justice.
• Susan Michelle Geiser, 35, 1462 Broad St., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSD Investigator James Stevens on a warrant charging her with hindering secured creditors.
• Rachel Lee McCoury, 43, 94 Stoneville Lane, Newland, N.C., was arrested Monday by CCSD Deputy Mark McClain on warrants charging her with three counts of promotion of methamphetamine and one count of attempted promotion of methamphetamine.
• Brandon Lee Rutledge, 29, 1981 King Springs Road, Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday by CCSD Deputy Sarah McWhirter on warrants charging him with two counts of domestic assault and one count of simple assault. He was also served with an order of protection taken out against him.
• Jamie Phillips, 34, 415 Springs Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSD Deputy Roger Brown on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Christopher Anderson, 27, 412 Willow Springs Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSD Deputy Roger Brown on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
