Harold Dean Crowe

Harold Dean Crowe, 66, of 1205 West G Street, Elizabethton, Tenn., passed away Tuesday, July 29, 2014, at the residence of his father.
A native of Elizabethton, he was the son of Herbert Hoover Crowe, Elizabethton, and the late Dorothy Broyles Crowe.
Mr. Crowe retired as a chemical operator from Tennessee Eastman. He attended Fellowship Community Church and enjoyed antique cars, NASCAR racing and baseball.
Mr. Crowe served with the TN National Guard for six years.
Survivors, in addition to his father, include his wife, Yvonne Campbell Crowe, of the home; a son, Ron Crowe, Elizabethton; a daughter, Suzette Klein and husband Jeff, Cary, N.C.; two grandsons, Dakota Crowe and Dylan Crowe, both of Elizabethton; three sisters, Loretta VanDyke and husband Jim, Diane Waldrop and husband Ronnie and Sandra Hamlin and husband Steve, all of Elizabethton; and two brothers-in-law, “Charlie” Campbell and wife Tammy, Johnson City, and Hurley Campbell and wife Barbara, Culleoka, Tenn. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
A service to honor the life of Mr. Harold Dean Crowe will be conducted at 7 p.m. Friday, August 1, in the Sunset Chapel of Hathaway-Percy Funeral and Cremation Services with Rev. Ken Hauser and Rev. Jerry Cannon officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Friday, prior to the service, or at the residence of his father, 158 Blue Springs Road, Elizabethton, Tenn., at anytime.
