Hayley Hood returning to D.C. to crown successor as Miss Pre-Teen United States; Cagney Bennett to compete in Little Miss Tennessee United States

Hayley Hood, Miss Pre-Teen United States 2013, will return to Washington, D.C., over Independence Day weekend to crown her successor.
Hayley, 11, was crowned Miss Pre-Teen Tennessee 2013 and went on to win the national title.
She and the 2014 Little Miss Tennessee United States, Cagney Bennett, were among those honored at a June 14 send-off gala at Bristol’s Old Custom House. The gala also honored Miss United States delegates in all divisions from Georgia, Kentucky and Tennessee.
Cagney will compete in the Little Miss United States pageant over Independence Day weekend.
As a national titleholder with the Miss United States Organization, Hayley will take part in Independence Day activities and lead the pre-teen division in the Capitol Hill 4th of July Parade. She will also help host the runway competition and Miss Pre-Teen United States pageant.
During the week, Hayley and the other national titleholders work on videos behind the scenes with Pageant Planet, Fashion Hero and PageantLIVE and will also be introduced to sponsors, judges and VIP guests.

During the week, Hayley will also be updating her official facebook fan page Miss Pre-Teen United States.
Hayley Hood, 11, is the daughter of Scott and Deanna Hood, Elizabethton. She will be in the 7th grade at T.A. Dugger Junior High School and was in the top 10 percent of her 6th grade class.
She is a member of First Baptist Church Elizabethton and is a Watts Showcase Dancer. She is also a T.A. Dugger Junior Cyclone cheerleader and plays the clarinet in the Junior High Betsy Band.
