Carol Renea Vines, 63, of Johnson City, passed away Monday, April 28, 2025, at her residence. She was born Aug. 11, 1961, in Elizabethton to the late Rex Carol and Martha Lou Reece Vines. She was a graduate of Hampton High School. She loved spending time with her family and her grandkids.
Survivors include her three children: Toni Ruiz, Nicole Rodriguez and Jonathan Rodriguez; six grandchildren: Julianna Ruiz, Natalia Ruiz, Madison Shouse, Tristan Ruiz, Gabriella Rodriguez and Adrianna Rodriguez; five siblings: Michael Vines, Scott Vines, Kristy Vines, Daphne Johnson and Charles Vines; several nieces and nephews; and her four-legged furry buddy, “Hershey.”
It was her wish to be cremated.
Memorial Funeral Chapel is serving the Vines family.
