Willow Springs
The choir of Willow Springs Baptist Church will present the cantata Where Love and Mercy Meet Sunday, April 20, at 11 a.m.
The church is located at 544 Willow Springs Road. There will be no evening service.
The Rev. Jacob Howell is pastor.
First Christian
Everyone is invited to attend Easter services Sunday at First Christian Church, 513 Hattie Ave.
The day will begin with a Mountain Sunrise Service at 8:30 a.m., followed by a light breakfast at 9 a.m. A children/adult interactive egg hunt will be held at 9:30 a.m.
The Resurrection Sunday worship service is at 10 a.m.
First Christian has a food pantry. Persons needing a food box are asked to call the church office at 542-5651 to make an appointment.
First Christian is located at 513 Hattie Ave.
Zion Baptist
Zion Baptist Church, 1892 Gap Creek Road, will have an Easter EGGstraganza Saturday, April 19, beginning at 11 a.m. There will be an egg hunt for children up to 12 years of age, as well as crafts and food.
There will be an Easter SONrise service Easter Sunday morning at 6 o’clock. Breakfast will be served following the service.
Easter Sunday worship is at 11 a.m. The adult choir will sing songs about the resurrection, and the pastor will deliver a special Easter message.
There will be no evening service.

Roan Street Free Will
Josh Taylor will present the message Easter Sunday morning at Roan Street Free Will Baptist Church. The service will begin at 11 a.m. Taylor will also preach Wednesday, April 23, at the 7 p.m. service.
There will be no evening service Sunday.
Sims Hill Christian
Sims Hill Christian Church, 206 Sims Hill Road, will celebrate the Risen Lord with a sunrise service at 6:30 a.m. Sunday outside, weather permitting. If not, in the fellowship hall with breakfast to follow.
There will be no Sunday School. The worship service will begin at 10:30 a.m.
There will be no evening service.

First Free Will Baptist
An Easter egg hunt for the children will be held at First Free Will Baptist Church Saturday at 10:30 a.m., with a hot dog lunch to follow.
An Easter sunrise service will be held at 7 a.m. Sunday, followed by breakfast.
At 11 a.m. the choir will present an Easter cantata.
There will be no Sunday night service.

Borderview Christian
I Surrender All, a musical that invites all who hear it to surrender everything to Jesus, will be presented at Borderview Christian Church at 10:45 a.m. Easter Sunday.
Borderview Christian is located at 1338 Bristol Highway.
The public is invited to attend.
Blue Springs Christian
An Easter sunrise service will be held Easter Sunday at 7 a.m. at Blue Springs Christian Church, with breakfast to follow in the fellowship hall.
The Easter Sunday service is at 10:50 a.m., during which the youth of the church will present a skit.
The men’s monthly breakfast has been moved to the following Sunday, April 26, at 8:30 a.m.
All are invited.

Stoney Creek Community
The 20-plus churches located in the Stoney Creek Community will have a joint revival April 21-25, with services at 7 p.m. daily at Hunter First Baptist Church, 693 Highway 91.
The evangelist is Greg Graybeal. Worship leaders are Loren Harris and a community choir made up of choir members from participating churches.
Child care will be provided for children birth to age 3. Hunter First Baptist and Lynn Valley Baptist will be in charge of child care for the services.
Trinity Methodist
Trinity Methodist Church of Elizabethton will have a Community Easter Celebration Saturday, April 19, from 2 to 4 p.m. at Kiwanis Park at the Don Tetrick Pavilion. There will be an egg hunt, food and fellowship.
Kiwanis Park is located on West G Street near the West Elizabethton Fire Department.
Calvary Baptist
Calvary Baptist Church will have a SonRise service at Northeast Community Credit Union Ballpark Sunday at 7 a.m. The service will feature song, prayer and reflection.
Later, Sunday School will be held at the church at 9:45 a.m. and worship at 11 a.m.
Memorial Presbyterian
Memorial Presbyterian Church and the ETSU Progression Band will present a Night of Bluegrass Gospel Music Friday, April 25, beginning at 7 p.m.
Following the concert, there will be a meet and greet with the students in the fellowship hall with desserts and drinks.
Any donations will go to Samaritan’s Purse for hurricane relief.
Memorial Presbyterian is located at 100 East F St.
St. John Free Will
St. John Free Will Baptist Church, Roan Mountain, will have a benefit singing for Martha Smith on Saturday, April 26, at 6 p.m.
Everyone is invited.
