Charles Willard Julian

Charles Willard Julian, age 84, of Hampton, passed away on Sunday, April 13, 2025, at Life Care Center of Elizabethton. He was the son of the late William M. and Mattie J. Townsend Julian and was born on January 25, 1941, in Roan Mountain. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four sisters, Oledia Butler, Florence Barnett, Pauline Barnett and Mary Lou Williams; and two brothers, Paul Julian and Howard Julian. Charles retired from Paty Lumber Company, where he built trusses.

Those left to cherish his many memories include two brothers, Norman Julian and Howard Julian, both of Hampton; one sister, Jeanette Calhoun, of Hampton; a half-sister, Arliss Campbell, of Elizabethton; and several nieces and nephews.
