Get ready to dodge, duck, dip, dive — and dodge — one more time with Elizabethton Parks and Recreation. The final Glow Dodgeball event of the season is set for Saturday, April 12, at the Elizabethton Recreation Center, 300 W. Mill St., from 8 to 10 p.m.

Open to players of elementary school age and up, this free event invites participants to dress in their brightest neon gear for an exciting night of dodgeball under black lights, complete with glowing dodgeballs and other glow-in-the-dark fun. A special kids-versus-parents round will cap off the evening, so parents are encouraged to come ready to play.

Concessions will be available, with all proceeds benefiting the Carter County Drug Prevention Coalition and its efforts to combat drug abuse in the community.
