Chinquapin Grove Baptist
Chinquapin Grove Baptist Church will have a Resurrection Walk Saturday, April 19, at the Youth Center located at 1727 Chinquapin Grove Road, Bluff City. The walk will begin at 10 a.m.
Also, there will be an Easter Sunrise Service at 7 a.m. on April 20 at the Youth Center. Following the service, breakfast will be served in the church gymnasium.

First Christian
First Christian Church Elizabethton has worship at 9:45 a.m. Sunday. The church has begun a new sermon series titled “One at a Time” by minister Michael Klaus.
Bible study is held each Wednesday at 6 p.m. for adults. There are also classes for all ages.
Easter services at First Christian include a Mountain Sunrise Service at 8:30 a.m., followed by a light breakfast at 9 a.m. A children/adult interactive egg hunt will be held at 9:30 a.m., and a Resurrection Sunday Worship Service will be held at 10 a.m.
First Christian has a food pantry. Persons needing a food box are asked to call the church office at 542-5651 to make an appointment.
First Christian is located at 513 Hattie Avenue.

Carter Christian
Carter Christian Church, Stoney Creek, will have a spaghetti lunch fundraiser Sunday, April 13, from noon to 2 p.m. in the church fellowship hall.
The menu will include spaghetti, salad, bread and dessert. Take-outs will be available.
Donations are appreciated and will go to the Ladies Aide Ministry.

Union Hill Free Will Baptist Church will have special services this weekend: Saturday at 7 p.m. and Sunday at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m.
The guest speaker for all three services will be Dr. John Harrington. Special singing will also be featured.

Stoney Creek Community Revival
The 20-plus churches located in the Stoney Creek community will have a joint revival April 21–25 with services at 7 p.m. each day at the Hunter First Baptist Church, located at 693 Highway 91 in the Hunter community.
The evangelist will be Greg Graybeal. The worship leaders are Loren Harris and a community choir made up of choir members from the participating churches.
The public is invited to attend all services.

Borderview Christian
“I Surrender All,” a musical that invites all who hear it to surrender everything to Jesus, will be presented at Borderview Christian Church on Good Friday, April 18, at 7 p.m. and Easter Sunday, April 20, at 10:45 a.m.
Borderview Church is located at 1338 Bristol Highway.

Grace Baptist
Grace Baptist Church will present “Calvary’s Lamb” at the 10:30 a.m. worship service Sunday, April 13.
On Easter Sunday, April 20, the public is invited to attend worship at 10:30 a.m., as well as a sunrise service at 7 a.m. at the Wilbur Dam Boat Ramp. Breakfast will be served following the service in the fellowship hall.
Grace Baptist Church will have an Easter Egg Hunt on Good Friday, April 18, at 3 p.m.
The event is open to the public for ages 1 year old through fifth grade. If it’s raining that day, the egg hunt will be held inside.
The event will also feature the Easter story as well as photo opportunities.

Holy Week services at First United Methodist Church Elizabethton will include Palm Sunday service at 10 a.m. April 13.
The Maundy Thursday service at First United Methodist Church will be held at 6 p.m. April 17 and will be a depiction of the Lord’s Supper along with communion, special music and worship.
A sunrise service will be held Sunday, April 20, at 7 a.m., followed by Easter Sunday worship at 10 a.m.
