The Elizabethton Police Department welcomed its newest officer on Tuesday morning when Gage Chambers was officially sworn in by City Clerk Preston Cobb.

“We are glad to have Officer Chambers join our team,” said Elizabethton Chief of Police Jason Shaw. “He began his duties with us on Monday.”
