Sally Holland Lafferty

Sally Holland Lafferty, 85, Spring, Texas, formerly of Hampton, passed away Tuesday, February 25, 2025, in Cypress, Texas. She was born May 24, 1939, in Hampton to the late Samuel and Delia Carver Holland. She was a graduate of Hampton High School. She was a homemaker and nurse. Mrs. Lafferty had lived in Texas since 1977. She was of the Baptist faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John E. Lafferty; son, John Gaylen Lafferty; and four siblings, Frank, Dewey, John, and Tommy Holland. Survivors include three sons: Sam Lafferty, Alton Lafferty, and Sean (Marla) Lafferty; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 8, 2025, in the Cochran-Carver Cemetery, Hampton. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends.
