Carter County offices to close due to weather

The Carter County Courthouse and all county offices, including the Health Department, will be closed tomorrow due to inclement weather.
The Carter County Landfill will operate on a delayed schedule, opening at noon.
Additionally, Criminal Court has been rescheduled for March 5 at 9 a.m.
