Due to the threat of inclement weather, the Johnson City Board of Commissioners and city staff will hold this week’s strategic planning sessions at 401 Ashe St. from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 19, and 8 a.m. until noon Thursday, Feb. 20. They will travel to Nashville Feb. 24-25 for legislative meetings.
