State of Franklin Healthcare Associates (SOFHA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Amanda Clear as interim chief executive officer and Sherri Hutchins as interim chief operating officer. These leadership changes mark an important step in SOFHA’s continued commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and strengthening operational excellence.
Amanda Clear brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in healthcare and has been an integral part of SOFHA’s success. She has a deep commitment to SOFHA’s mission of providing high-quality, patient-centered care. With a focus on continuity, collaboration and operational excellence, she is dedicated to ensuring a seamless transition and reinforcing SOFHA’s position as a trusted healthcare provider in our community.

Joining her is Sherri Hutchins as interim chief operating officer. Hutchins is an experienced operations leader with a strong track record in healthcare operations. As COO, she will oversee day-to-day operations, drive strategic initiatives and ensure seamless coordination across SOFHA’s clinics and services.
