Stand-Up Comedy at Crossroads Craftworks
An evening of unfiltered stand-up comedy will be featured at Crossroads Craftworks, 421 E. Doe Ave., on Friday, Feb. 28, at 7 p.m.
Featured will be Shellyta Chatman, Grace Contino, Angela Wolfe, Larry Thacker and Kaleb Arnold.
Attendees must be at least 21 years of age. Tickets are required.

Valentine’s Party Saturday Evening
A Valentine’s Party will be held Saturday, Feb. 15, at 6 p.m. at 194 Old Stoney Creek Road. The evening will feature dancing, games and food.
Tickets are $15 per couple or $7.50 per person. To purchase tickets, call 276-791-4807.

W.E.L.Z. Radio Show This Weekend
The W.E.L.Z. Elizabethton Radio Show, featuring 1940s-style music, ads and stories, will perform at the Coffee Company on Saturday, Feb. 15, at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, Feb. 16, at 2:30 p.m.
Tickets for the event are $20 and can be purchased at bonniekatetheater.org.

Glow Dodgeball at Elizabethton Rec Center
The Elizabethton Parks and Recreation Department will host a night of Glow Dodgeball at the center on March 15 from 8 to 10 p.m.
Get ready to dodge, duck, dip, dive and dodge. The event is free, and concessions will be for sale, with all proceeds benefiting the Carter County Drug Prevention Coalition and its mission to prevent drug abuse in the community.
Kids of all ages (elementary school and up) will compete together during this event, and basic dodgeball rules will be applied. The night will end with a special parents vs. kids game. All participants must have a signed waiver before playing. Waivers will be available at the entrance.

Overmountain Weavers Guild Fibers Show
The Overmountain Weavers Guild Fibers Show & Sale will be held Saturday, March 15, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Sycamore Shoals State Park.
The public is invited to join fiber artists and farmers for two days of fiber fun. Artists will be on site to demonstrate a variety of traditional fiber arts and sell their handmade items. Fiber vendors will also offer fleeces, yarns and roving from locally raised sheep, alpacas, llamas and goats.
