The Elizabethton/Carter County Animal Shelter will host a special Valentine’s Day Adoption Event on Friday, February 14, and Saturday, February 15, 2025. In celebration of love and companionship, all animals will be available for adoption at a reduced fee of $25.
The event, designed to find loving homes for pets, will offer the community a chance to make this Valentine’s Day special for both the animals and their new families. Adoption hours are as follows:
- Friday, February 14: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Saturday, February 15: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Vet references are required for all puppies and kittens to ensure they are placed in responsible homes.
The Elizabethton/Carter County Animal Shelter is located at 135 Sycamore Shoals Drive in Elizabethton, TN. The shelter encourages the public to visit, meet the animals, and perhaps find a new best friend this Valentine’s Day.
