MORRISTOWN — The National Weather Service in Morristown, Tennessee, has issued a Winter Storm Watch for portions of east Tennessee and southwest Virginia, effective from Friday morning through Saturday morning. Heavy snow is possible, with total accumulations of 3 to 7 inches expected in affected areas.
