First Presbyterian
First Presbyterian Church Elizabethton will have both an online and in-house service Sunday at 11 a.m.
The pastor, the Rev. Dr. Brian Wyatt, will present the sermon “Where the Light Dwells” based on John 1: 1-5.
First Presbyterian is located at 119 West F St. The website address is fpcelizabethton.com.
The public is invited to all services.
First Christian
First Christian will have worship Sunday at 9:45 a.m.
Wednesday night service is at 6 p.m. There will be classes for all ages.
First Christian has a food pantry. Persons needing a food box are asked to call the church office at 542-5661 to make an appointment.
First Christian is located at 513 Hattie Ave.

Carter Christian
Carter Christian Church, 1765 Highway 91, Stoney Creek, will have a community candlelight and community service Tuesday, Dec. 24, at 8 p.m.

Borderview Christian
The Children’s Ministry of Borderview Christian Church, 1338 Bristol Highway, Elizabethton, will present the musical, “Hark, the Herald Angel,” on Sunday, Dec. 22, at 6 p.m.
Those attending will witness the Christmas story as told by the children of the church from heaven’s point of view.
Additionally, the church will celebrate a Christmas Eve Candlelight Communion Service on Tuesday, Dec. 24, at 7 p.m. This 30-minute service will be packed with all the music, scripture, and encouragement for a Holy Christmas. Bring the whole family.
Everyone is welcome to enjoy these special worship services.

Zion Baptist
Zion Baptist Church, 1982 Gap Creek Road, will observe “Friends and Family Day” on Sunday, Dec. 22, at the 11 a.m. worship service. Everyone will receive a treat bag after the service. Sunday evening, there will be a Christmas Candlelight and Song Service with music from the Christmas season beginning at 6 p.m. A time of fellowship will be held in the fellowship hall after the service.
On Christmas Night at 7 p.m., a special Christmas service will be held.

Grace Baptist
The pre-school and elementary departments of Grace Baptist Church will present “A Christmas Campfire Sing-Along” Sunday at 6 p.m. at the church.
A Christmas Eve Candlelight Service will be held Dec. 24 at 5 p.m. The service will feature carols, candlelight, the Lord’s Supper, and a sermon by the pastor.

First Free Will Baptist
The Sunday evening service at Elizabethton First Free Will Baptist Church will feature candlelight, communion, music and a sermon by the pastor, the Rev. Nathan Jennings.
The public is invited. The service will begin at 6 p.m.
First United Methodist
First United Methodist Church will have a Christmas Eve service Tuesday, Dec. 24, at 5 p.m.

Roan Street Free Will
The Roan Street Free Will Baptist Church will present the skit “The Christmas Guest” Sunday, Dec. 22, at 10:50 a.m.
A candlelight service will be held Sunday at 6 p.m.
Because of Christmas, the mid-week service has been moved to Thursday, Dec. 26, at 7 p.m.
The pastor, Donnie Harris, invites the public to attend.
