The Elizabethton/Carter County Chamber of Commerce recently celebrated the relocation and expansion of Brown’s Martial Arts with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The martial arts academy, which trains students ranging in age from 8 to 99, specializes in Tae Kwon Do and has become a cornerstone for teaching discipline and self-defense in the community.

With the new, larger facility, owner Danny Brown expressed excitement about welcoming more students to the program.

“We’re thrilled to welcome new members to our martial arts family and teach them the importance of discipline through Tae Kwon Do,” said Brown. “Our classes are open to students of all ages, from young children as young as 8 to adults. If you’re looking for a fun and challenging way to stay active and learn a new skill, come join us today!”
