Jacob Stinnett was on the receiving end of a 24-yard touchdown pass from Kingston Cole, but it was too little, too late as the Highlanders fell 65-6 on the road to the Oliver Springs Bobcats. Offensive lineman Noah Young, who has been dealing with torn labrums in both shoulders, broke off three runs totaling about 80 yards in the final quarter for the Highlanders.
The Highlanders were missing several starters on both sides of the football, including leading rusher Grayson Cole. The loss dropped the Highlanders’ record to 4-5 for the season.
